What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made by 14:00, 3 days prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of the first nights' accommodation.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you have booked a room which is indicated as 'prepaid' or 'non-refundable'.

Is there a hospital nearby?

The St Vincent’s Hospital is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from Veriu Central.

How far is it to the train station?

Sydney’s Central Station is a 7-minute walk from Veriu Central.

Is parking available and what is the cost?

We have off-site parking available a short distance from the hotel and carries an additional charge of $35 per night, single entry and exit.

No. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

No. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. Bed linen is changed once for guests staying 3 days or more.
