What are reception's operating hours?
Reception hours are from 7am to 8pm. Contact us on (02) 9565 5051 if you anticipate you will need to check-in outside of these hours.
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. Bed linen is changed once for guests staying 4 days or more.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we do not have a restaurant in the hotel, but please see Our Blog for food and drink options.
Are there cooking facilities in all apartments?
Yes, all apartments have a full kitchen.
Are laundry services provided?
We have laundry facilities in all our apartments. However, laundry and dry cleaning are available at an additional cost.

No. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Secure parking is available directly underneath the property and carries an additional charge of $35 per night. Entry is via Sparkes Street.

Newtown station is a 15-minute walk from Veriu Camperdown.
Is there a hospital nearby?
Yes, the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is 650 metres away, which is less than a 10-minute walk.
How close are you to the University of Sydney?
Close! The University of Sydney is 12 minutes away by bus. There is a nearby bus stop on Parramatta Road.
Are there any bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood?

There are many shopping options in our neighbourhood, including:

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by 14:00, 3 days prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of the first nights’ accommodation.
It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you have booked a room which is indicated as 'prepaid' or 'non-refundable'.
