Sydney’s offshoot of Melbourne restaurant powerhouse Chin Chin is now open and you won’t be disappointed. "We've brought some of the signatures, but about a third of the menu is new from the ground up," owner Chris Lucas says. "Sydney's warmer and more humid, so we've increased the number of salads, vegetable and seafood dishes." Lucas says.
