What are reception's operating hours?
Reception hours are from 7am to 8pm. Contact us on (02) 9326 4919 if you anticipate you will need to check-in outside of these hours.
Do you have a lift?
Yes, there is a lift available.
Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?
Yes, we have secure undercover parking on-site. The price is $35 per day. There is a height limit of 1.9 metres. Entry is via Belmore Road.
Do you have a shuttle from the airport?
There are private shuttle buses running from the airport to our hotel approximately every 10 minutes. You do not need to pre book. Go to the information desk in the arrivals lounge to purchase a ticket for the next shuttle. It costs approximately $20 per person. The shuttle service will drop you right at our doorstep
Can I sleep additional guests in my room?
The Studio sleeps a maximum of 2 guests.
- The One Bedroom (1 king bed + sofa bed) sleeps a maximum of 3 guests.
- The Two Bedroom (1 king bed + queen bed + sofa bed) sleeps a maximum 5 guests.
- You can sleep an additional child under the age of 12 months using existing bedding.
Do you have porter cots?
Porter cots are available for hire at $10 per night. You must book cot hire prior to arrival.
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Rooms are not serviced daily by housekeeping. Bed linen is changed once for guests staying 5 days or more.
Can you store luggage?
Yes, we can store guest luggage on arrival if rooms are not available. We can also store luggage after check out for the remainder of that day. Long term luggage storage is available on the condition that there is a future reservation in place. Luggage pick up and drop off is open between 8am and 6pm.
Are there smoking rooms available?
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Can you book tours for us?
Yes, see our friendly reception staff for bookings and information on tours and attractions. Additionally, the Travel Kiosk is available 24 hours a day and is located on level 3.
Are there cooking facilities in the rooms?
All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, which includes an oven & stove, microwave, bar fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and common areas.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 14:00. If you arrive before after 20:00, please contact our team to make the necessary arrangements. Check-out is at 10:00.

Do you have a restaurant?
While we do not have a restaurant onsite there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from in Randwick.
Do you have breakfast facilities?
Breakfast packs are available at $10 per booking.
How far is the nearest supermarket or shopping centre?
There are a number of convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a Woolworths supermarket located next door inside of Randwick shopping centre.
